The Role
We’re hiring a Level 6 Chief of Staff to partner directly with leadership and act as the operational engine behind our research, planning, and product strategy. You will coordinate cross-team activities, oversee market intelligence efforts, support data-science workflows, and ensure smooth alignment between research, development, and visual production. This role blends strategic thinking, execution discipline, and data-savvy decision-making.
Requirements
- Comfort working in a startup environment with rapid iteration and ambiguity
- BS/MS in DS, CS, AI, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field
- Strong understanding of AI/ML/DS trends and the emerging tech landscape
- Ability to interpret technical research and convert it into strategic actions

Senior Data Scientist, Level 6

We are a Boston-based AI strategy startup dedicated to “data science of data science.” Our mission is to track, understand, and translate the latest developments in AI/ML/DL into high-impact visual insights. We operate remotely and partner with a third-party creative team to develop premium visual storytelling products used by leaders, teams, and enterprises.
The Role
We’re hiring a Level 6 Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced research, architect robust ETL and retrieval pipelines, and shape our AI/ML analytical strategy. You will guide junior data scientists, interpret complex trends, and translate technical findings into high-clarity stories and frameworks. You’ll also help prototype internal tools using Python, OpenAI, AWS, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- BS/MS in DS, CS, AI, MIS, or related field; 5+ years in DS/ML/AI
- Expert Python skills, including data engineering and retrieval pipelines
- Experience with AWS (SageMaker & Bedrock preferred) and modern LLM ecosystems
- Strong understanding of AI/ML market trends and ability to synthesize emerging research
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead projects, and operate in high-ambiguity startup environments
Data Scientist, Level 5

We’re hiring a Level 5 Data Scientist to support market research, information retrieval, and internal analytics. You will build ETL pipelines, analyze emerging AI/ML trends, and help transform insights into visual frameworks and stories that guide product direction. You’ll work closely with senior team members and our graphics partners to turn technical findings into digestible, strategic outputs.
Requirements
- Curiosity, strong writing/communication skills, and comfort in a startup environment
- BS/MS in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, MIS, or related field
- Strong Python skills; experience with OpenAI APIs, AWS, and data engineering basics
- Ability to build ETL pipelines for ingesting and structuring data
- Understanding of ML/AI concepts and current market landscape
